I just purchased a 2022 Nissan Altima yesterday. I am very happy with my selection and happy that the sales man Juan asked me to take a look at a new Altima instead of a used one. I now have a peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with the vehicle it will be covered and that it is reliable. The dealership worked with me to get my purchase as close to my budgeted payment as I had requested. They did everything to get me into a new vehicle. We made our appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Got to the dealer and was immediately greeted by a customer service agent. He was friendly and attentive and got us checked in quick. The service itself took about 45 minutes to complete. But the waiting area was clean and quiet so we didn’t mind waiting at all. We got exactly what we wanted and the price was very reasonable. I almost always use this facility for routine maintenance on my vehicle and would definitely recommend them.

By far, the best service department in Yuma as well as all of Arizona and beyond! Before I started buying and servicing my vehicles at Horne Nissan, I came to expect that any trip to the local car dealerships required a minimum of 2 days for any service or repairs. I’ve been only buying Nissan products now since the early 1980’s just because I know that I can always get the most reliable and friendliest service in town with Horne Nissan. They are simply the BEST!
